General: Delivery exclusively to specialist retailers. With the publication of this price list, all previous price lists lose their validity.
Pricing: All stated net prices are in EURO ex works Oberasbach.
Shipping costs and risk: Shipping is at the expense and risk of the customer. Postage, packaging and transport insurance are charged at cost price. From EUR 90.00 net value of goods, we deliver free of postage and packaging within Germany. For bulky goods, e.g. oversized cutting mats, we charge a fee of EUR 10.00 or EUR 20.00 per item. Please understand that we have to pass on part of these freight costs to you. This applies regardless of the exemption limits. If the buyer wishes express shipping, the additional costs compared to the usual cheapest shipping method will be charged. Deliveries abroad are always EX WORKS.
Smaller orders are processed just as carefully and quickly as larger ones. To ensure that this service continues to be available to you in the future, despite the increased costs, a processing fee of EUR 6.00 will be charged for net orders under EUR 50.00.
Terms of payment: Our invoices are payable net without deductions within 30 days of the invoice date. Regardless of this, we reserve the right to prepayment. If payment is made within 14 days of the invoice date and if payment is made in advance or cash on delivery, we grant a 2% discount on the net value of the goods. In the case of acceptance settlements, discount and bill of exchange charges are borne by the drawee. In the event of a delay in payment, we reserve the right to charge the customary bank default interest as well as EUR 10.00 for each reminder letter following the first reminder, unless we can prove that we have suffered no or only minor damage.
The statutory value-added tax will be invoiced separately in each case.
Retention of title: All goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full, including all ancillary claims. In the case of payment by check or submission of a bill of exchange, the encashment of the check or bill of exchange counts as payment. The buyer is not entitled to pledge or transfer security of the goods sold under reservation to third parties.
If the goods subject to retention of title are resold to a third party, the buyer’s claim against the third party is assigned to us. If the claim assigned to us in this way exceeds our claim against the buyer by more than 20%, we are obliged to release the excess amount of the assigned claim upon request.
Complaints: Complaints about obvious defects can only be considered within 8 days of receipt of the delivery.

Return of goods: Returns of originally packaged goods will only be credited with our prior consent and with a deduction of 10% of expenses.
Delivery reservation: Our delivery is subject to the reservation of self-delivery. In addition, unrest, strikes, lockouts and operational disruptions release us from our obligation to deliver.
Packing unit: In order to achieve efficient processing while at the same time excluding counting errors and damage, we have introduced packing units for articles where it is justifiable. We ask for your understanding that in the future we will fill up to the packing unit for orders that do not reach these packing units.
Guarantee: If a complaint is made about a defect, we are entitled, at our own discretion, to redeliver or rectify the defect within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement delivery or rectification fails, the customer can demand a reduction in payment or cancellation of the contract. Further customer claims are excluded, in particular claims for compensation for damage that did not occur to the goods themselves (consequential damage), unless we are absolutely liable for the damage, e.g. due to intent or gross negligence. The exclusion does not apply insofar as we are mandatorily liable in cases where promised properties are missing. The statutory warranty is 2 years.
Set-off, retention: The buyer is only permitted to set off claims that are undisputed or have become res judicata. The same applies to the assertion of a right of retention.
Place of performance and place of jurisdiction: Place of performance for delivery and payment as well as place of jurisdiction is Fürth.
Deviating agreements: With the placement of your order, the aforementioned conditions are deemed to have been accepted by you for this and all future orders. Deviations from this require written confirmation.
Data protection: We are entitled to process and store the data received about the buyer in connection with the business relationship within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act.
